Refund policy


At Yogvalley, we are committed to providing you with the best online shopping experience. We strive to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy to understand how we process orders, handle shipping, and manage returns.

 

Shipping Information:

  1. Order Processing: Once you place an order on yogvalley.in, we begin processing it within [72 hours/ 3 days] of order confirmation. Please note that orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
  2. Shipping Method: We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and secure delivery of your products. The shipping method and delivery timeframe may vary depending on your location.
  3. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be 6-10 Days from the date of order received.
  4. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy:

We offer free and easy size exchanges!

  1. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Exchanges are allowed for a different size or colour of the same product (subject to availability).
  3. If you want a different product, please request a return and use the store credit to purchase your preferred item.

Yogvalley is not liable for loss of garments in transit during return/exchange.

  1. Return requests must be raised within 4 days of receiving the product.
  2. Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  3. Store credit will be issued once the returned product passes our inspection. It takes around 12-15working days.
  4. Non-returnable/non-exchangeable items: accessories (blocks, yoga wheels, yoga mats, etc.)

Note:

  1. Store credit for returns will be issued after deducting ₹100 for shipping.


 

Important Details :-

  1. Items must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached.

  2. Items must be returned to our warehouse before an exchange/credit can be issued.

  3. If you receive an incorrect product, email us at yogvalleysocial@gmail.com within 4 days, with photos, and keep the product unworn/unwashed.

  4. In case of damage accessory pls make a video and share it to yogvalleysocial@gmail.com with 4days.

  5. For sets/bundles, the entire set must be returned.

  6. Yogvalley reserves the right to decline requests that don’t meet the policy criteria.

  7. Return /exchange process takes 10–12 days to complete.

  8. We do not provide refunds only store credit.
